Community Manager

Community Manager What you’ll do: The Community Manager provides exceptional customer service to attract and serve our guests and ensure that we meet our financial goals.

Everything from shuffleboard to separate clubhouses can be found here at Coachwood Colony.

This pet friendly community also offers you a community swimming pool, many social activities and is in close proximity to many of the well known lakes in Lake County.

Your job will include: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.

Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings, inventory and amenities.

Partner with marketing team to conduct events to attract new residents and customers.

Partner with sales team to meet forecasted occupancy growth.

Hire and manage property employees.

Prepare, manage and analyze the revenues and operating expenses associated with the property.

Prepare, manage and oversee capital budgeting and projects.

Maximize the profitability of the property.

Maintain the community/resort and ensure that it’s clean and attractive.

Manage employee payroll.

Your skills and experience include: Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

2 years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.

Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.

At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
