Overview Teaches the techniques of skiing, accordingto guidelines established by resort and PSIA, in a group orindividual setting and based on customer skill level.
Must beenergetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendlyand fun manner.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and conduct both group and private ski lessons for guestsin accordance with the guidelines established by resort and PSIA.Ability to demonstrate and communicate proper ski techniques.
Tofurther promote and act as a role model in the area of theresponsibility code, safety and risk awareness as prescribed byresort’s safety policies.
To be familiar with and adhere to thepolicies and procedures of the resort Handbook and the resort SkiSchool Manual.
Assist the skiing public whenever possible.
Assistwith organizing and dividing classes whenever possible.
Contributeto team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assumingresponsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety ofguests and employees; participating in safetymeetings; acceptingdiverse assignments; maintain a positive andfriendly attitude anddemeanor in all internal and external interactions.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able toperform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma orgeneral education degree (GED); or one to three months relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educationand experience.
