– San Antonio Department College Of Education And Human Development Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location San Antonio, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description Job Duties The College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University-San Antonio invites applications for a tenure-track assistant/associate professor to help develop and launch a new program in Applied Behavior Analysis.
The successful candidate will help to develop the curriculum for undergraduate and graduate courses related to BACB compliance code and disciplinary systems; philosophical underpinnings; measurement, data display and interpretation; behavior assessment; behavior-change procedures; selecting and implementing interventions; personnel supervision and management; and other related topics.
This position includes responsibilities of advising, teaching, research, and service commensurate with rank.
Candidates should be committed to community-based practice and student mentorship.
Minimum requirements are a Ph.D.
in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field and board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities: teaching undergraduate and graduate behavior analysis courses aligned with BACB requirements, single-case research methods, and other related courses as assigned scholarly productivity and pursuit of extramural funding commensurate with level of experience.
