You will work collaboratively with the Preschool Teacher to ensure the successful operation of a Head Start classroom of 3-5 year-old children.

This position earns $12.89 (non-bilingual), $13.42 (bilingual) and is scheduled to work Monday through Friday. 

This position is eligible for our FEARLESS pay initiative between June 1- December 15, 2021. During this time, you will receive an additional $150 per pay period.

FEARLESS Distribution Payment: This position may also be eligible for a FEARLESS distribution payment of up to $500 subject to meeting policy criteria.

All you need now is the commitment and passion to work with children, a CDA (Preschool) OR an AA/AS or BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field with atleast 3 courses/9 credits in ECE; and an eagerness to adopt our values: Embracing Diversity, Teamwork & Community, Data-Informed Learning, Open Communication, and Follow-Through.
