In our Fundraising Center, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference. You ll handle both inbound and outbound calls to help raise funds and provide customer care for nonprofit, conservative, and Christian organizations, including St. Jude Children s Research Hospital and Smile Train. You may also handle calls on behalf of the National Rifle Association, renewing memberships and signing up new members to protect the 2nd Amendment.

Technology Requirements:

• Mac Books, PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or newer, & Chromebooks with a USB Ethernet cord
• RAM 4GB+
• High Speed Internet or a wired connection to router to ensure maximum download speeds, download speeds of 25Mbps and upload of 5Mbps or higher
• Web Cam and either external speakers or sound on your computer

• USB Headset

• Home office or dedicated quiet place to work
