Wholesale Account Representative

Seeking experienced, committed and hardworking professional Account representative with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and exceptional customer service qualities. Must be an accomplished problem solver with the ability to multitask, prioritize and handle a large pipeline.

This position is an extremely customer-focused role and requires a positive, mature professional who can inspire confidence in our products, people, and processes. We’re looking for a team player who prioritizes building relationships – both with our team and with our national and international customers.

What you’ll Do

Deliver industry leading customer service at every stage in the customer experience by providing thorough, reliable, and timely solutions.

Provide excellent customer service while providing timely and accurate responses to customer email inquiries

Timely entry of sales orders into the ERP system to meet on-time deliveries.

Efficiently process and manage all wholesale orders and deliveries

Notifying clients of quality issues, inventory availability, and pricing, while making recommendations on products and services that may help your clients meet their business goals.

Acquire proper documentation and approvals prior to issuing returns and credits

Make any necessary changes to existing orders due to availability, delays, or other issues that may arise

Educate Wholesale Customers on distribution capabilities and constraints as needed

Communicate any late outbound shipments with account representatives and/or customers

Perform routine post sales follow up calls

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
