Weekend Iron Fuel Carrier Representative

Iron Fuel Carrier Rep / Mohave Insurance split role:

Location: Phoenix

Position Responsibilities:

• Process payments for prepaid fuel card customers via email and phone
• Provide customer service and account management for Iron fuel customers
• Data Entry into STARS of new Mohave Insurance clients, policies, equipment, drivers
• Data Entry of ‘active’ drivers into SuperVision for new Mohave Insurance clients
• Data Entry into STARS/SuperVision for added/removed equipment/drivers for existing Mohave Insurance clients

Position Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Mgmt. or Sales preferred
• 1+ year of successful customer service preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to be successful
• Impeccable follow-through and commitment to high-level customer service
• Outgoing and energetic telephone skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in computer related software
