You will foster excellence, professionalism, and performance on your team and deliver results with the highest levels of integrity.
Every day, you will focus on your team’s day-to-day activities, performance, and adoption of processes as they generate leads over the phone using virtual technologies.
You will communicate with key stakeholders and field sales leaders to facilitate an effective and collaborative working relationship between your team and field sales.
As the leader, you’ll identify trends, projections, and opportunities/challenges to drive strategic growth.

You will manage your team’s day-to-day sales lead management through sales strategies you’ve developed and call prioritization.
The goal is to accelerate growth which you will achieve through productivity per person.
Find and Develop Your Team.
Your strong track record will allow you to find and attract talent to build an effective team.
To ensure your direct reports’ continued professional growth and development, you will provide coaching, counseling, and direction.
You will properly use career development and succession plans to build the future strength of your team and ensure your team members are aware of career pathing opportunities.
Collaborate.
You will work with other functional areas for a common purpose: growing sales and a client’s value through additional product opportunities.
You can clearly and compellingly communicate your ideas in conversation and formal presentations to clients, peers, and senior leaders.
Deliver on Goals.
You will optimize performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators and quotas.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in Sales Development 5 years of people leadership experience A college degree is great but not required.
What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include: Experience listed above OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a “never lose” mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications Inside Sales and Professional Contact Center environment experience is a strong plus.
