The Magnolia Real Estate Team at Weichert REALTORS is looking for an energetic, lead generation inside sales associate.Primary Duties Include:
· Develop business opportunities through consistent follow up with past and future clients to build and continue relationships.
· Outbound cold calling to expired and for sale by owner listings.
· Email communications.
· Overall management of sales pipeline.Primary Requirements Include:
· Schedule 1 or more listing appointments per week.
· CRM software (will be provided) to manage our past and future clients.
· Practice cold calling scripts to be provided.
· Applicant must have access to a phone, computer and internet.
· Flexible hours if requirements are met.
25 32 hours per week.
Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays
· Applicant can work remotely or from the office or both.Candidate must have some successful cold calling experience with proven track record.
Must be driven and a self-starter.
Knowledge of real estate a plus.Pay:$15.00 per hourBonus Pay:Applicant will have the opportunity to grow their bonus pay based on transaction volume.
Each successful real estate transaction brings a commission bonus payout anywhere from $250-$2500 plus.
