As a Strategic Account Executive, you will: Targeting enterprise clients Pitch to Finance, Sales, Procurement, HR and IT functions Sell strategic solutions with varying/large order values Work in an entrepreneurial new business focussed role Partner with key stakeholders in order to leverage their existing clients and contacts Ultimately, deliver a value proposition to the target audience Strategic Account Executive applications are invited from: Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 3-7 years experience gained selling IT Services or IT Consulting Those with solid experience of identifying complex sales opportunities in a variety of enterprise markets Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills New business-focused sales performers who can run high-value pipelines C-Level Pitchers Those with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, with varying lead times Candidates with a working knowledge of Sales Compensation Plan Design, Territory Optimization, and Incentive Compensation Administration Those with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona and a desire to be part of a leading company The successful Strategic Account Executive can expect: A base salary of 85k First-year achievable OTE of 170k Additional, generous and executive benefits Comprehensive insurance coverage Health and Wellbeing Platform The Certus Recruitment Group is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout North America, The UK, Europe and Australia.
