is looking for an ambitious and motivated sales representative to join our growing company in Ventura, Calif.

Must have experience in decorative stone and tile, or interior design.

Fantastic growth potential for an energetic candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to succeed.

A background in design and interior decorating will be a plus when guiding clients in the stone and tile selection process.

This position requires directly assisting our sophisticated clientele with their building or remodeling project.

Must provide in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits and value, excellent customer service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Staying up-to-date with industry and design trends is essential.

The right candidate will develop new accounts and cultivate buying relationships with builders, contractors, fabricators, designers, and end-user clients.

Compensation includes hourly base pay commensurate with experience in addition to sales commission.
