Venture Solar is a residential and commercial solar provider servicing customers in NJ, NY, CT, MA, NH, RI, NH, PA, and DE.

Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner solar power with no upfront cost and immediate savings.

Venture Solar was founded in 2015 by Alex Yackery and Alex Giles who are actively involved in the business and take a hands-on approach to training everyone who joins the sales team.

We are seeking candidates with a student mentality, who are willing to work hard, and have a great attitude
– no experience is required.

The solar industry is relatively new and we understand that.

If you feel that the three characteristics listed above sound like you, then you will be a successful sales representative at Venture Solar.

We have a proven process that consistently works to create solar consultants and we will spend time working with you to develop your skills.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes working with people, is passionate about helping others, and wants to earn a very healthy income.

You will be meeting with prospective customers and explaining to them who Venture Solar is, what equipment we would install on their home, what incentives they would qualify for, and finally showing them how they can achieve all of this with $0 out-of-pocket.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn’t seem “too good to be true”.
