Role:
Shinnova Home is looking for a Home Improvement Sales Representative based in the Kansas City area!

The candidate will work directly with our clients to fulfill our client’s needs.

All leads are provided and prequalified, and all appointments are pre-set.

We provide the training necessary to succeed, because we strongly believe that each employee contributes directly and significantly to Shinnova Home’s growth and success.

The corporate office of our rapidly growing business is located in Kansas City, KS.

Responsibilities:
Attend pre-set appointments in client homes
Give full demonstrations
Acquire all necessary signed documents upon closing
Complete all necessary paperwork after a sale
On going training
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial spirit; a highly confident, persistent person who is self motivated and able to work independently.

The individual must have integrity and be reliable, as well as possess great organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

In addition to this, the candidate must:
Have a valid state driver’s license
Have reliable transportation
Be available to work on evenings and weekends
Have proficient computer skills
2 years of sales experience preferred*
1 year of in-home sales experience preferred

While experience is preferred, it is not a necessity as we will train the right candidate!
Pay: Potential $75k+
