Service BDC/Internet Sales Associate

*All positions are located in Winston Salem, NC.*

As a Service BDC Associate you will be responsible for :

• Utilizing the Service Customer lists, provided by the factory, to contact customers via phone call and email to schedule service reservations. These will be for customers due for their First Service, At Risk Customers and Inactive Customers.
• Confirm Next Service Reservations set by the Service Advisors.
• Confirm First Service Reservations set by the Sales Consultants.
• Completes follow up calls for previous days customers and update the follow up call report including recording next service visit.
• Assist in scheduling in coming service reservations.
• Assist in scheduling declined service reservations.
• Other duties as assigned by management 

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for : 

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Excellent Multi-Tasking Ability

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Various Computer Programs or Systems

• Team Player

• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask Required

• Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve

• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages

• Valid driver’s license
