This person will lead the legal aspects of the company’s loan financing activities as well as strategic relationships with lending partners.

What You’ll Do Draft and negotiate loan sale and financing agreements for a range of loan products, with an emphasis on HELOCs and closed-end mortgages Collaborate with the business and Finance team to develop new legal structures for financing loans Lead securitizations of Figure-originated loans Interface with investors, partners and rating agencies on our loan products and innovative use of blockchain Work with the business to expand and enhance blockchain applications for loan products What We Look For J.D.
