The role: We are in search of a motivated and determined sales Account Executive to join our Sales Team reporting to the Sales Team Manager.

As an Account Executive you will encompass the sales lifecycle elements of discovery, solution design, negotiation, collaboration, and sale close.

You will lead by example in performing and achieving your own personal sales targets.

You have a complete understanding of the breadth and depth of opportunities held, be able to provide insight into how to best capitalize and convert opportunities at each sales stage, and to articulate process weekly via 1:1 pipeline review to optimize opportunities and troubleshoot where necessary.

Key tasks and Responsibilities: Develop in depth understanding of the platform and content library; and evangelize the client across our target market.

Execute on sales life cycle for opportunities Prospect for and cultivate leads from marketing curated target accounts Demo the client’s products to potential customers & understand their needs Develop and pitch proposals Negotiate business terms and close transactions Lead from the front; mentor, coach and support other AEs in pursuit of overall success Maintain accurate data around opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections in CRM Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of and to the benefit of the client Exemplify the client’s values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market Other duties as assigned.

This is a permanent position that can be located hybrid out of our Salt Lake City Office Requirements Experience and Education: 3 years in full cycle solution selling subscription software of SaaS products Prior experience selling with partners and cultivating partnerships About you: Compelling communicator (in person, on phone, in writing) Ability to tell the story of brand, product & content in an irresistible manner Experience working with common sales tool stacks
– ZoomInfo, SFDC, Outreach or SalesLoft Empathy with potential customers Planning, organization, time management Negotiation skills Understanding Learning & Development market and practices Autonomous and creative problem solving Why you will love working for the Client: Uncapped commissions Flexible work arrangements
