Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a seasoned recruiting professional to handle the recruitment for sales professional in our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as the key focal point for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners for all recruiting activity related to Sales in North America.

He/She will consult with the managers on all aspects of hiring from recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations and presenting/negotiating offers.

This position will be primarily responsible for handling recruiting for professional level roles.

This is a contract role.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner include:

* Recruit for skill sets/candidate profiles around digitalization and marketing.

* Requisition assignment and management of eCommerce business recruitment activities.

* Lead and manage special projects -both for the NA TA organization and business directed.

* Proactively source candidates using internet resources, social media, employee referrals, headhunting techniques and other creative methods.

* Create and negotiate offers with candidates that may include complex compensation, LTI, relocation or visa sponsorship issues

* Consult with HR Business Partners in other countries and provide necessary guidance on the North America hiring process

* Work cross-functionally with hiring managers and teams across multiple countries/regions

* Participate on after hours conference calls to accommodate candidates, managers or TA peers in other countries as needed

* Interface with the HR Partners and business leaders on Workforce planning and headcount tracking, globally

Position Requirements:

* 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience

* Technology industry recruiting is preferred

The ideal candidate would possess the following experience:

* Prior experience recruiting sales candidates

* Strong project management skills

* Global experience

* Previous recruiting experience in a global corporate setting is highly preferred

* Bachelors Degree

* Expertise in candidate sourcing, talent planning, competitor analysis etc.

* Solid analytical skills, ability to create reports and recruiting metrics
