Description Work within the acute care market to grow the surgical glove portfolio.
Interface with sales teams, customers, and divisional resources throughout the sales cycle (pre-sales meetings, product evaluations, product conversions, post-sales customer support, and training as needed).
Develop sales pipeline by working and traveling with Acute care sales team and calling on new and existing customers, GPOs, and IDNs (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives).
Prepare and present product proposals to customers and demonstrate how Medline%26rsquo;s products and processes can meet customer needs.
Present products throughout acute care facilities with the primary focus being on surgery, cath lab, labor and delivery, and other procedural departments.
Work directly with staff and physicians to find a suitable product for their individual needs within the clinical setting.
Setup and conduct product evaluations and conversions along with the product support team.
Assist in training product support specialists.
Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to keeping customers current on product enhancements.

Education Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant Work Experience: At least 2-3 years sales or related business experience with at least 2 years of evaluating and selling medical supplies/devices in the operating room.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
Additional: Willing to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Previous experience selling in hospital and/or healthcare industry.
