Sales Specialist

Keep our riders out on the road while delivering passion thru the Harley-Davidson brand.
We are seeking highly-motivated, out-going, confident Fit Specialist.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Follow the dealership’s sales process and maintain accurate records of customer interactions with provided Customer Relationship Management system.
Develop and follow-through on proactive, outbound prospecting plans utilizing both internal and external sources.

Break monthly goals for phone calls, outbound contacts, kept appointments, etc.

Use floor time effectively to determine and meet customer needs and solicit proper fitment of Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Present the features, advantages, and benefits Harley-Davidson Motorcycles to customers.
Provide informative walk-around presentations relevant to a rider’s needs and desires.
Maintain profit margin objectives by following sales process for all motorcycle sales.
Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
Introduce new customers to the service, parts, general merchandise and F&I departments and their personnel.
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required).
High school diploma preferred.
Applicable experience in big ticket retail sales preferred.
Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community a must.
Must have ability to relate with broad customer base.
High energy level needed.
