SHHHOWERCAP is seeking an energetic and driven remote Sales Representative to manage and expand the Mid West territory. This person will be responsible for seeking out and vetting leads, creating new business, managing, servicing and building relationships with respective accounts.
This person will work closely with the Director of Global Sales to achieve goals, coordinate deliveries, send samples and distribute marketing materials.
They should be able to self-start, stay organized, be comfortable with cold-calling and have a friendly, confident personality.
Our ideal candidate will be able to communication clearly, with an upbeat attitude while keeping firm on margins and policies.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Reach out to leads in territory via phone, email or in person Negotiate margins and contracts Open new accounts and manage relationships with both leads and accounts Be knowledgeable on all products, policies and brand history/philosophy Carefully vet all new leads to maintain brand direction Utilize company order forms, presentations and documents for opening accounts Ability to compose professional, grammatically correct, friendly (warm) emails
Qualifications:
1-2 years sales experience, preferably B2B History of achieving and exceeding sales goals Must be a self-starter and have ability to take ownership of territory Home office set up and mobile phone Driver license and car Existing local clientele preferred, not required Ability to use Excel and CRM platform Organizational skills If you’re a passionate hustler who wants to join a fast-growing company and make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
