Products we sell include commercial steam and water boilers, gas and oil burners, turnkey combustion control and state of the art Direct Digital Building and Energy Management Systems. We also offer service on all of our products. Clients we call on include Consulting Engineers, Architects, Mechanical Contractors, Building Owners and Facility Managers.The successful candidate will be provided a great opportunity to expand and grow in this position with an established company in the Philadelphia, Tri-State area.Product and system training will be provided but experience is a plus.Essential Job Duties and RequirementsResearch new bid opportunities both public and privateAnswer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls for existing and potential clientsMake inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales appointmentsDevelop or expand relationships with existing and potential new clientsPerform field surveys as required for potential sales opportunitiesDesign and engineer custom sales solutions utilizing our full product portfolioDevelop and prepare cost estimatesDevelop and prepare proposals and negotiate termsDevelop and prepare change order proposalsPrepare monthly sales report showing sales volume and potential salesPrepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential salesCommunicate account and sales information to both sales management and sales teamCollaborate or participate with other team members in Sales, Engineering, Programming, Service and ManagementReceive feedback on inside sales team performanceSDL2017
