JOB DESCRIPTION

Striker is currently looking to add the best people to our team of claim restoration sales representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting our area. Our company has grown like crazy and we need 10 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team to handle the additional jobs our company anticipates and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. We will train you to be successful, but ONLY individuals who are willing to put in the work. We hire the best because – our culture is the best. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage

• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process

• Sign restoration agreements

• Create estimates and close deals

• Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects

• Work ethic-MOST IMPORTANT

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be willing to outwork the competition

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers

• Must be able to climb a ladder

• Self-disciplined, driven, and good time management

• Construction experience IS NOT NEEDED.

COMPENSATION

• Commissions paid on all completed claims (average compensation of $3,000+ per job)

• Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Only

Compensation: $75,000 to $250,000/year (NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Working remotely with Team video calls.

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
