SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Sales Representative for the US division of an international leader in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure Management, and Monitoring Systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected and dynamic organization in a growth mode (doubled in size last year) and that offers career growth and impact.

This is a direct-hire role so you must have permanent work authorization.

Sales Representative Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for passionate, and motivated individuals to join as a Sales Representative. You will play a key role in the sales efforts through the development of leads, demonstrate of products, and support in operational activities and partnering with Sales Engineering.

  • Engage prospective customers by phone and email, video and in-person
  • Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle
  • Prospect into leads that look like our most successful customers
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper handoffs
  • Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more (you will be thoroughly trained on this!)
  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Coordinate and work with other departments of the company – Marketing, Finance, and HR.

Before you get started, you will undergo a significant amount of training. The client is hyper-focused on ensuring you grow your skills through professional development.

Sales Representative Essential Qualities:

Pay: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
