JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Staff Augmentation Sales Executive will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, building relationships with direct clients and Tier 1 accounts to expand our client base and increase sales. He/She will work diligently to help our customers and prospects leverage our experienced consultant pool consisting of some of the best talent in the industry to meet our clients’ business needs.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
– Must have at least 5 years of IT Staffing experience in placing candidates in areas like ERP (In particular SAP etc.), Java/Websphere, etc.,
– Must be self-driven, outgoing and aggressive.
– Must have at least 5 years of experience in identifying direct clients (OR) Tier1 partners for placing bench (or) W2 (or) 1099 candidates and generate leads in line with company core skills (SAP, Java, Ariba etc.) expertise.
– Demonstrated knowledge of developing sales pipeline
– Should have a proven track record in securing, managing accounts and cross selling within each account.
– Must have a good database of customers & candidates and try building that database for staff augmentation sales either by procuring candidates (OR) by leveraging relationship with existing customers.
– Ability to use discretion and make independent decisions.
– Consistent performer meeting monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
– Highly motivated Individual and has proven record in closing sales target in staff augmentation area.
– Excellent communication skills is a must.
– Results-oriented person and has the ability to work in a team environment either working from remote (OR) onsite location.
