 At Family First Life​ (FFL)​, we offer one of the most aggressive compensation plans in the industry!   We believe that every full-time agent that works with us should net a minimum of $200,000 per year.

 The “warm” lead program that we have, allows all agents to have qualified ​life, ​mortgage​ and​ final expense leads.

 We want our agents helping more families than they ever dreamed possible, while also being allowed to enjoy their lives with their own families and achieving financial independence.

 If you truly enjoy helping families and believe that you deserve to be paid what you are worth, then Family First Life will probably be a very good fit for you whether it is part time or full time.

​If you are NOT LICENSED, we will pay for your training course in order to become licensed in Life Insurance Sales.

The sales training is very structured and places all our agents in a position to become successful.

 All training can be done virtually. 
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Our innovative tracking system uploads agents’ leads into our CRM systems as soon as they come in.

The CRM is a free tool for our agents.
