The Role
We are a small and fun team that enjoys talking with parents about their kids and finding the right fit for the child.
We are recently building our US presence and plan to grow significantly throughout the next year which will provide opportunities for promotion for the right candidates.
The role is a full-time contract to start with a $30k base and $60k OTE.
As the company expands in the US, we plan to offer full benefits in the near future.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of b2c inside sales experience.
Experience selling education to parents strongly preferred.
Love for education & language learning.
Strong affinity for working with parents.
Demonstrated ability to lead customers through the buying journey and make strong recommendations.
Knowledge using CRM & Dialer.
Consultative selling experience.
Enjoy startups and working for a fast-paced, growing US sales and support team.
Responsibilities
You’ll be outbound dialing fresh leads from parents who have requested information about our programs for their children.
You’ll be doing discovery of their child’s needs and then highlighting the specific benefits of our program to parents.
Then you’ll schedule them for our Free Tutoring Trial Session so the parent and student can experience our award-winning service and platform that makes learning Chinese really fun and easy.
Then you’ll need to be organized so you can follow up with parents and sign them up for a package of tutoring hours OR monthly billing.
