Job Description The Sales Professional makes the client’s need his / her primary focus. He /she is strives to establish client relationships, listening to clients to anticipate their needs and takes personal responsibility for the client’s requests. The sales professional is very knowledgeable about Company merchandise and remains continuously up to date as new products are introduced. The incumbent strives to create a good impression and delivers memorable service to clients. This opportunity is in our Betteridge location. – Dresses appropriately, in a professional and well-groomed manner – Welcomes clients and provides information on the store’s products – Maintains a professional attitude and mannerism at all times and always conducts business with integrity – Builds and maintains client book and alert clients to upcoming events and new products – Complies with all Company’s guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations manual – Offers assistance to and builds effective working relationships with team members – Turns clients over to another member of the team as required to best serve the client’s needs and close a sale -Organizes merchandise and displays accordingly in order to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage Company Description Watches of Switzerland Group is a luxury timepiece and jewelry retailer with locations across the US and UK.
