The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing in a consistent flow of profitable new business to the division and/or company.
He/She is responsible for executing the sale and improving customer relationships while maintaining the company’s competitive position to increase the market share.
The Sales Manager will monitor all projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the construction process.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business 5 years’ of Commercial Flooring Sales/Management experience Strong networking and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
