Sales Executive II – Telecheck

**What does a great Sales Executive II do?**As a Sales Executive, you are the lead salesperson to create a strategic relationship with senior business leaders which will lead to the acquisition of new clients across the TeleCheck Solutions markets.

You’re the kind of person who has a proven track record of success opening new accounts and driving complex solutions sales and revenue growth.

You will need to align prospects vision and requirements with Fiserv solutions portfolio to deliver differentiated customer value.

As the strategic advisor to the client, you will have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies as well as industry trends and directions.

You will focus on helping clients grow their business leading large, multi-disciplined project teams, and integrating a broad set of innovative payment and technology solutions in complex client environments.**You can look forward to** :+ Generating new demand, revenue and profit margin for Fiserv with a target list of new client prospects in our verticals.+ Establishing a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels and disciplines by effectively articulating the Fiserv value proposition.+ Leading multiple opportunities concurrently in various stages of the selling cycle that will identifying, executing, and closing new business following Fiserv sales process methodology.+ Understanding and executing pipeline, forecasting, revenue and committing to purchase processes with a high degree of accuracy accelerating time to revenue.+ Building a territory plan, working that plan and evaluating/revising your plan as required to maximize business opportunities.+ Leading and developing account strategies including growth plans, budget and project timelines.+ Developing a business case and presentation of client proposal with a set of solutions, financial justification and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin.+ Ensuring proactive accountability to the client leading to enhanced client experience.

Being able to elevate and bring to closure to client issues quickly and effectively with a sense of urgency.

Collaborating across the organization to ensure client needs are being met.+ Working in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements.

This will include account managers, account executives, solution consultants and implementation/service resources to generate new opportunities and greater share of wallet with clients.**Basic Qualifications for Consideration** :+ Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree preferred+ 7+ years of experience in sales and/or business development roles across multiple verticals including ACH, Check and Payment Processes+ Successful demonstrated performance against quota for multiple years+ Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships at a very senior level with clients gaining trusted advisor status+ Experience in payment solutions or data/ analytics sales to enterprise accounts.

B2B experience.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Background in loyalty, gift card, financial processes, data and analytics, card processing, merchant processing, direct bank debit services, prepaid and alternative payments is a significant plus.**Travel:**+ Approximately 40-60%At Fiserv, you will be part of a highly skilled and consultative sales organization that puts the client first in solving complex business problems.
