Sales Development Representative (REMOTE, US/Canada)

About The Role
Our growing sales team is on the lookout for our very first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the US market.

Given it’s our first SDR role for the US market, we require previous experience in an SDR at a tech company.
As an SDR at HTB, most of our time will be dedicated to market research to identify new prospect business customers and reaching out to these prospects.

The rest of your time will be dedicated to qualifying leads via calls as well as to working with the sales team to analyze and build impactful SDR campaigns (messages, calls, e-mails).
In this role you will need to have determination and persistence to ensure thorough research; confidence in communicating with executives of various levels; tech-savviness
– SaaS, PaaS, Penetration Testing must be part of your everyday vocabulary
– to lead tech conversations.

Ultimately, you will be crucial for building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our b2b solutions.

Apart from the community, our b2b solution is used by over 800 corporations, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and education institutes to train their personnel on cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB for Business Research, prospect and qualify leads Develop with marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads Contact potential clients through various means of communication Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services
Requirements
Proven professional experience with Sales in Tech, preferably for a SaaS/PaaS product Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert making the first contact and building valuable relationships Good, positive attitude is a must!

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus
