Our Client  is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Denver. This entry-level sales role is an excellent opportunity to come in at the ground floor as part of our Sales Development team, then grow with your experience. As an SDR, you will reach out to prospective clients who could benefit from our Business Continuity solutions for their business. You bring your ambition and hard work; we’ll provide base pay plus commission, with a robust training and coaching program to help you succeed. As a smart, driven professional, you will continue your sales career by leveraging a sales engagement platform and CRM tools to prospect into targeted industries, and geographic regions. You’ll be directly responsible for the growth of the company in this position.

In this role, you will:  

  • Research prospects, identify key decision makers, and conduct cold calls to generate interest for further discussion with an Account Executive 
  • Utilize your new knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and our SaaS product line to provide a consultative sales experience 
  • Identify prospective clients in targeted industries and geographic regions
  • Develop strategic approaches to engage with new prospects by using tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up 
  • Set up and execute qualifications calls with prospects, ensuring mutual understanding of each prospect’s situation, problems, and needs 
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure 
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to share feedback on campaigns and best practices 

Requirements:  

  • 6 months+ of sales development and/or lead generation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred
  • Experience calling into businesses
  • Track record of over-achieving professional goals 
  • Passionate self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong professional phone presence

On Target Earnings for this role is $60,000
