Sales Development Representative

Looking for a high energy professional with a passion for customer service.

Real estate license is a bonus and not required.

You have probably had success in the past as a bartender, server, or retail associate, and know how to roll with the punches.

Responsibilities Perform structured and consistent communication with consumer inquiries through phone, text, email, social media and video chat.

Diligently prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.

Master the lead generation CRM and be able to provide assistance to Agents when necessary.

Manage sales pipeline, utilizing and improving any spreadsheet provided.

Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.

Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments Consistently document daily progress and track KPI’s Provide exceptional customer service to both our clients and our team of agents About The Dwell Collective The Dwell Collective is a Residential Real Estate Company under Keller Williams with Hyper-localized Teams in Atlanta and OTP surrounding cities.

Currently, we have two major teams in the Cobb County area, both ranked in the top 100 Real Estate Teams in Georgia.

We intend to expand with teams in every metro Atlanta neighborhood.
