The Sales Coordinator/Assistantsupports the propertyDirector of Sales in implementing the propertys sales activities in accordance with the Marketing Plan and market segments.
They coordinate with other departments the service activities related to the sales function to maximize client/guest satisfaction and overall profitability.
The Coordinator acts as a liaison between the hotel and the clients/guests for all of their group, LNR and meeting needs.
He or she communicates all vital information clearly through group resumes and Sales Pro reports.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant management or Marketing (A combinationof vocational sales training and /or on the job training may substitute for bachelors degree) and have previous hotel experience.
