Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales staff.
Process orders and initiate/track delivery.
Generate invoices for new equipment and allied products.
Assist in reconciliation of sold units.
Assist in calculating commissions.
Maintain complete and accurate files on all orders.
Approve and code vendor invoices for payment.
Field sales inquiries as needed.
Communicate order information with sales staff.
Generate required reports and distribute as needed.
Work closely with all departments at each branch location.
Order supplies and sales literature.
Assist with Rental and Used equipment prep and delivery.
Assist fellow Sales Coordinator and other departments as needed.
Qualifications: This position requires a High School Diploma.
Excellent communication skills, accurate and efficient data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are a necessity.
An Associate’s Degree or previous coordinating experience in a sales and/or rental department is preferred, but not necessary.
