Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Lakewood County Club, 3101 E Carson Drive, Lakewood, CA 90712

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

MUST be fully Covid – 19 Vaccinated

Summary:

* Provide administrative services by answering phones, filing, directing calls and assisting with all aspects of Event Sales Office support duties. Assist in the preparation and day of coordination services for special events as needed/required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provides customer service to members and guests in person and on the telephone by offering assistance, information, directions, etc.
* Assists Event Sales Personnel with final details notes, document preparation, data entry, appointment reservations
* Provides assistance to other departments by performing various duties including making signage, reviewing event details information, assisting special event clients with special needs

* Maintain a pleasant atmosphere by communicating professionally with members, guests and teammates.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time, to stand, walk, hear, talk, read, balance, use hands, use fingers and reach. The employee may be required to lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position.

* MUST be fully Covid – 19 Vaccinated

* Must be able to work weekends
* High school diploma preferred
* Valid driver’s license required
* Basic math skills, for example the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate quickly
* To perform this job successfully, an individual should be friendly and outgoing

* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
– Ability to perform critical job tasks, and limit mistakes, under pressure
– Ability and willingness to present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
– Familiarity with basic computer functions (e.g. operating internet browsers, searching for
web pages, Microsoft Office products, good typing ability, etc.).
– Flexible availability, particularly on weekends (both AM and PM).
– Basic golf industry familiarity (general trends in apparel, equipment, golf balls, etc.).
