As a Sales & Consumer Relations Representative, you will be handling a high level of customer inquiries for Acquisitions, Marketing, and Customer Service purposes on behalf of our newest clients. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY for this role as we have a full training program that is tailored for each and every team representative. Job Requirements:

Sales & Consumer Relations Representative – The Role:

Responsibilities will include keeping up with compliance, regulations, as well as offering the services most suited to the customer’s needs. We are constantly making sure all team representatives are up to date on product training. The goal of our team is not only to promote the services available but to provide a great image with excellent customer service and professional etiquette. You will always be able to meet with the Senior Management team to keep track of your goals, as well as obtaining regular feedback to make sure you’re able to progress within the company.

As a Sales Representative you will be:

• Demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Well presented in the office, in front of customers, and clients.
• Able to discuss and solve complex situations for the customer.
• Analytical and have the ability to report and document any issues.
• Competitive and eager to work in a fast paced environment.
• Goal oriented.

There is no specific background necessary for the position.
