Sales Commission Analyst

Title: Sales Commission Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Administer all aspects of Client’s sales compensation and commissions plans for the company’s global sales team
• Assist with auditing the monthly commission payout to ensure accurate payment for commissionable rep
• Build and implement new hire compensation plans, accelerators, and other sales compensation elements
• Maintain an up to date view of the sales team as a whole as well as maintain the direct and overlay hierarchies to ensure accurate crediting
• Maintain our Sales Headcount Tracker
• Research and diplomatically resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales teams
• Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commission plan structures, reports, policy, and other relevant processes
• Routine system maintenance outside of calculations
