• Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to ensure the greatest possible sales and distribution of products
• Analyze in-trade execution with regard to volume goals, finished product loss goals, tap and display survey results
• Provide Sales Management with reports and insights outlining both historical performance and upcoming expectations for sales execution
• Complete Gap Analysis on missed performance targets; develop action plan to address gaps, utilize toolbox to support action plans, set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment
• Develop and coordinate all monthly sales objectives and incentives as related to overall market strategy and annual business plan
• Perform Ride Withs and Team Sells with Sales Reps in effort to coach and improve Impact Execution
– Analyze current and previous Account Level execution to ensure current market conditions match desired results
• Ensure all Sales Incentive related goals are tracked to successful completion, including audits & proper payroll processing
• Track progress and present results of the Ambassadors of Excellence program
• Maintain documentation for and participate in the annual Equity Agreement Assessment
• Assist Sales & Operations in maintaining Equity Agreement Compliance
• Assist Sales Managers and maintain documentation related to 3 rd Party Suppliers contracts and relationships
• Establish and maintain thorough documentation of all Anheuser-Busch Sales & Distribution Company programs
• Develop and execute a community outreach plan
• Ensure all training requirements for sales department are met
• Maintain awareness and respond to all developments within the industry
• Be a clear liaison between the Region office and ABSD regarding new incentives, upcoming market priorities, execution objectives, and market expectations
• Attend meetings between AB Region office in place of General Manager as needed / required
• Other duties as assigned
