Our team helps grow customer portfolios and grow our internal team by providing them opportunities for advancement.

You will work with the sales and marketing teams to develop business for Ridge Ohio and our future expanding offices.

Responsibilities for the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Communicate effectively with sales teams and our clients.

• Prospect for new sales opportunities

• Take responsibility for sales acquisitions

• Provide consultative sales by uncovering the consumer’s needs and presenting the solutions

• Meet weekly targets, as well as contribute to the overall monthly sales targets

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Associate

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales/marketing, and/or customer service

Preferred qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Self-driven and ambitious with polished skills to close deals.

• Professional image
