Sales Administrator Sturgis, MI 49091, USA Req #2505 Thursday, February 25, 2021 They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Essential Functions and Activities: Primary responsibility is to support the sales department with their administrative needs.
These activities will include, but not be limited to the following: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (College Degree Preferred) with previous experience in a team environment.
They must be computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The candidate will be highly organized with the ability to perform with minimal direction/supervision.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on problem solver that brings new ideas to the table, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audience.
Good follow-up capability, the ability to sort and prioritize.
Can make and keep commitments, and is a team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
