Marketing/Proposal Coordinator for an Engineering Company

$22.00/HR

Duties for the Proposal Coordinator/Word Processor will include:

Reviewing and editing geotechnical/environmental proposals and reports. Check for consistency, punctuation, grammar and presentation
Preparation of Statement of Qualifications and proposals
Preparation of marketing materials like resumes, project experience write-ups and organization charts
Maintaining marketing files, folders and templates
Attend Pre-Proposal meetings
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop, a plus.

At least 2-year college degree in English, Marketing or Communications.
