20/20 Visual Media in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and confident person to join our growing team as an Account Executive.

This exciting opportunity is for an entrepreneurial-minded salesperson looking to be a part of a vibrant company, with compensation starting at $85,000 on-target earnings in the first year, uncapped earnings, benefits, and growth potential.

The ideal Account Executive candidate has 2-4 years’ experience , is interested in media and content sales across many platforms, and will play a lead role in prospecting, qualifying, and presenting our video solutions to new business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients.

Responsibilities: Work with 20/20 Visual Media’s owners and the Director of Business Development to learn our business and how our brand of video production is an essential part of any company’s marketing efforts (including on TV, web, social media, etc.) Master our current sales process and work to influence its future direction Prospect, build, and maintain a customer pipeline utilizing CRM software and qualify prospective leads (80/20 new business development to current client engagement) Collaborate with owners and Director of Business Development to prepare and present competitive sales proposals Individually develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, who may range from non-profits to Fortune 500s in the Greater Philadelphia and tri-state areas (working directly with CEOs, Directors of Marketing, CMOs, Project Managers, etc.) Focus on client retention, up-sell of services, and bundling of services for several projects Secure and attend frequent sales meetings Provide input on external marketing initiatives Implement a strong prospecting process that includes both in-person networking at events and digital sales campaigns with our marketing staff Benefits: On-target earnings starting at $85K in the first year (salary commission bonus) and uncapped growth potential for someone who wants to aggressively, enthusiastically help shape his or her own future.
