Summer Sales Rep

Summer Sales Rep Perks:

Job Responsibilities:

As the Summer Sales Rep, you work in the field as a door-to-door salesperson for the clients

range of home security and automation systems.

A typical day or week consists of:

Generating new security/home automation systems accounts

Matching customer requirements and needs to specific products and solutions

Learning new sales techniques and applying to your customer approach

Accurately processing customer transactions such as orders and quotes

Attending team meetings to set sales targets, forecasts, and goals

Following company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance

Required Skills:

Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated

Able to persistently overcome objections from potential customers

Decision-making, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills

High school education or equivalent

Prior sales experience (preferred, not required)
