Representative I – IT Acquisition Specialist

Specific Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently process high volumes of PC hardware and accessory orders.

This involves receiving the original request from IT Central, creating Purchase Requisitions in Ariba using correct part number, cost center, product descriptions, etc., etc., then closing the IT Central request.
Accurately and efficiently process high volumes of PC Software requests and PC Software License transfers.

Original requests are claimed from either IT Central or the AppStore; checking multiple data bases to determine what is required to process that particular request (this could include requesting quotes, speaking with SMEs, creating purchase requisitions in Ariba, accessing vendor web portals, checking NT Group membership status; tracking down license keys; etc., etc.); then properly closing the original request.
Accurately and efficiently process PC Equipment Return requests.

Access and review forms that are submitted on the share for completion of data, access the Asset manager system to confirm and/or correct various data fields on the form, update Asset Manager database, save form to share, submit to freight agent to schedule, resolve discrepancies.

Requires patience, diligence and organization.
