SOLitude offers a wide variety of services including fishery programs, algae and aquatic weed control, mechanical harvesting/hydro-raking, installation/maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, and water quality testing.Responsibilities:What do our Inside Sales Representative’s do?The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new customer acquisition as well as add on services for existing clients.
This position involves cold calling existing and orphaned leads and opportunities already logged in the CRM as defined by management.
Provide prospective customers /clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed.
Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.The Essential Job Functions are, but are not strictly limited to the following :Manage a sales ” Pipeline” to achieve performance goals that are defined by management.Consistently achieves and exceeds the established monthly Base Line Sales Target.Clearly identify, and execute the Inside Sales 5 Step Sales Approach.Will research existing & orphaned leads, along with other opportunities of potential sales, to build a customer base to sell services.Qualify or re-qualify the lead and opportunity.Action new leads as defined by the VP of Sales.You will be setting up appointments, while also using the proper decision makers, via phone, or preferable Google hangout when available.Present information about all of SOLitude’s products and services.Update lead / opportunity contact details in the CRM accurately and consistently.Follow pricing guidelines according to SOLitude policy.Complete miscellaneous administrative functions.Log all sales related activity properly in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce.Com)).Proper use of the telephony systems to record calls and appointment activities.Complete appropriate agreements with customers, and acquire all necessary signatures.Follow up with Regional Administrators regarding any issues that may prevent installation (credit check, missing information, etc.)What do you need?High school diploma or GED, college preferredA minimum of 2 years’ related experience preferredAble to communicate effectively in a concise professional manner with all internal and external contactsIs computer savvy/technologically inclined, and has some experience with the CRM program (Not required, but preferred), Google suite of products, or Microsoft office.Has a strong ‘Customer’ Focus.Is a self motivated individual.Is continuously conscious about the quality of their work.Has the ability to multitask.Has a high level of organizational skills.Can work well under pressure.Can prioritize work successfully without the direction of the supervisor at times.Has good analytical skills & problem solving skills.The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement (including decimals and fractions).Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test.Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.Why Choose Rentokil?A career with Rentokil is exactly that a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
