**The Opportunity**We’re looking for a **Remote Customer Care Representative** , working in the **BPO** industry in **Scarborough, Maine** .+ Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls with outstanding customer service satisfaction.+ Answering questions from customers and addressing concerns.+ Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.+ Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.**Our Client**Our client is a 20+ year-old staffing and recruitment leader.
