Remote Customer Care Representative – 11:30 am – 8 pm

This is a Contract position in Stevens Point, WI posted February 19, 2022.

In order to qualify for this WFH position, you must be able to train on-site for up to 6 weeks in Stevens Point Wisconsin.

The Furniture & ApplianceMart Distribution Center in Stevens Point is looking for experienced Customer Service professionals. We are looking for people that have a desire to learn and grow in their career. If that is you, we would love for you to apply to our posting for a Customer Care Representative.

Currently Hiring Work From Home (WFH) Customer Care Telephone Representatives

Must have verified broadband internet service with upload/download ability and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Direct LAN connection means using a wire to connect your computer directly to your internet router.  The company will provide equipment (keyboard, monitor, laptop, headset, etc.)

Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).

Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

  • You will go through a training program of up to 6 weeks with our Training team to set you up for success in this role.

 

What you will be doing each day:

  • Explain products or services and prices, answer questions from customers; take and enter orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ problems.
  • Careful attention to detail and thorough in completing tasks
  • Using computers and computer systems to enter data and process information.
  • Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Preferred but not required; 1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service experience
  • Ability and the willingness to work retail hours; including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Immediate need for Spanish-speaking professionals
  • Preferred but not required; prior remote/work from home experience

Current shifts available are:

11:30 am – 8 pm, rotating weekends (2 per month)
