The Acquisitions Team at Kairos Living, a real estate investment fund start-up with significant capital backing, is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Sales Associate to help grow their acquisition platform.
This role will be focused on following up on warm leads and fielding inbound calls from a multitude of different channels, focusing on Kairos’ proprietary direct to consumer buying platform, Swift Homes.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously, and have superior time-management to meet crucial deadlines.
In this role, the candidate will work cross-functionally with prospective sellers, real estate brokers, Kairos’ underwriting team and third-party vendors, and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with all personality types.
Typical responsibilities will include following up with prospective sellers , communicating with inbound leads via phone, SMS and email and helping with the entire sales process.
This is a position with significant growth potential throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
· Be the point person for following up with prospective sellers
· Communicate with sellers to answer questions and help them through the sales process including contract signing, inspection scheduling, etc.
· Discuss our offer, company and value propositions with prospective sellers
Desired Experience / Skills
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and can work comfortably with an array of personalities
· Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks
· Able to apply common sense, demonstrates logical and systematic thinking skills, and be adaptable to change and take ownership
· Committed to excellent customer service, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
· Be a diligent, hard worker, capable of thriving in an intense, high-energy, transaction-driven environment
· A good command of Microsoft Excel is a must, advanced knowledge is a plus
· Experience in real estate and/or sales not required but is a plus
· Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
