The opportunity: Ferguson is looking to hire motivated Inside Sales Representatives who have the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Works together with outside sales associates to provide exceptional customer service for existing and prospective customers Assists in multiple sales functions, present job quotes, and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers Answers sales calls for general information, addresses and resolve customer concerns or questions Utilizes customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively Why Choose Ferguson?
