The company specializes in Payroll and Tax Administration, Outsourced Human Resource Management, Benefits Administration, Government Compliance, Risk Management and much more.
Our service models include Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and Health Insurance Agency.
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our company as we continue to emerge as market leaders in our growing industry.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Responsible for aggressive new business generation in all types of industries, including medical, professional, CPA firms, law firms, etc.
at all levels of an organization, through and including C-level.
Develop relationships within specific markets to develop rapport and establish referral sources by adding value through training and presentations on the benefits of PEO and the services we offer.
Develop and implement new and unique marketing campaigns (email campaign, social media, external sources) that result in new business generation Drive revenue and referral resource chain through existing customers by being a value adding servicing agent proactive customer contacts.
Implement a cold calling strategy to targeted prospects in order to achieve optimum success.
Develop and execute effective negotiation and closing techniques with key decision makers.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS High business acumen.
Ability to create and drive channel sales strategies through insurance brokers and other referral partnerships.
Fearless prospecting a must Individuals must be success driven, highly motivated and disciplined.
Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Salesforce.com software a plus.
Must have excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills in order to perform as a clientele customer advocate.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel within the State of Georgia is also required but nothing overnight.
